The Truckee Donner Public Utility District (TDPUD) is holding a special board meeting Nov. 29, at 7 p.m., to discuss a proposed 50-year contract with the Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems for the purchase of coal-fired electric power. This meeting is a public hearing only and the board will not be voting on the contract at this meeting.
