This August, both sales volume and median price of single-family homes were up from July in each micro-region. Looking year over year, sales volume was down and median price was up from August 2018 across the board, with the exception of Incline Village and Crystal Bay, where sales volume increased by one home and median price decreased by 7%. Notably, there are 25 active lakefront single-family homes listed for sale between Incline Village and Rubicon Bay, which is the most we have seen on the market this year. In August, all four lakefronts sold for over $10 million.
